HIM-Addicts is an online social network/ community where HIM fans can get involved by sharing news about the band, their pictures, artwork, make lasting friendships with other fans as well as discuss their favourite band & more. We are unofficial & are in no way, shape or form, connected to the band, any of the members, Heartagram.com, or any other 'Official' sites, their labels past & present (including Warner Music Group), personnel, or any other entities associated with HIM, their label(s) or their management. HIM-Addicts is created & maintained for your enjoyment & entertainment purposes only. We are a network made by HIM fans for HIM fans. Here, we are a 'family'.
We are designed to help HIM fans find new friends or invite old friends that have a passion for HIM, keeping each other 'in-the-know' with current news and events, and above all else have fun. Some of the features of our network besides personal profiles, include a Blog, Groups & more.
All aspects of this website is owned & funded by the Administrator- Magik- from her own pocket. This is a non-profit site, meaning the Owner/ Administrator does not make money off any aspect of this site by its members. Nor does she make any profits from outside visitors.
All our members also retain 'ownership' of this network without cost to them. However, to keep costs low, the administrator asks all new members to host their images and other content on free hosing sites such as tinypic, photobucket, etc, and link their content here using the standard methods as much as possible.
If bandwidth/ hosting costs become too expensive, the site owner, may no longer see it as financially possible to run this network & therefore may have to close it down.

You may not register with real names or aliases of the HIM band members, such as Mige, Ville Valo, etc. There are no band members registered on this site. Furthermore, none of the band members know of this network's existence. They have NOT visited us & the chances of them doing so is NONE as well.
By registering you agree to our Terms of Membership and understand that membership can be withdrawn if that agreement is violated.
The heartagram, songs & album titles used within the network, are © Ville Valo & HIM. All original images (before editing) are copyrighted to their respectable owners. All rights reserved. However, this network & the edited pix or graphics used in the main design of this site within (as well as edit graphics used for profile themes) are credit to Magik (Manipulated By Magik/ Spiral RavenFeathers) unless otherwise noted. Our site is copyright compliant- credit is given where credit is due.
All other images used by members on this site (for their profiles, etc., except images used in the creation of themes) are copyrighted to their respectable owners as well, whomever they may be.
On our links section & our Links page, are only sites we proudly associate with &/ or affiliate/ collaborate with. We will not & do not associate with any sites or communities that have any negative content against the band, HIM or any of the fans, etc., nor any such sites that invade the privacy of the band members or anyone associated with the band. We do not link to sites that allow illegal music downloads. All links added on this site are approved by the Administrator, Magik.
